I placed an order of JT4005 for my sister's anniversary on 19th Nov, by paying online. And in special message I informed them to order the delivery after 6:00 pm.
My concerns:
1)There was no way to check the status of your delivery. if you search by your order number its just shows: Status: "Processed".nothing else to track it.
2) I thought of proactively checking on the status as to when they intend to deliver my product since it was 6:15 and I have not received any calls from my house (which I have informed them to call me the moment they receive it). There were 2 mobile numbers shared on their website. I kept trying their numbers from 6:15 pm onward till 7:20 pm. Both the lines were engaged. I dropped them an email to check the status and mentioned that I am unable to reach their so called customer care numbers. finally around 7:25 pm. Some one attended my call with rudeness in his voice.shouting loud on the track number"JT4005".then mentioning the place name" Chetla" in Kolkata, in Alipore. He said its in outskirt of Kolkata it will be delivered around 8:00pm.!
Just imagine.the rudeness in the discussion, took me aside, and told him, you guys are truly unprofessional and don't have the minimal sense how to talk to customers and update on their status. I wrote an email to them about the discussion I had with the customer care person and that I am unsatisfied with their service!
3) Today my sister has sent me the snap of the flower which they have delivered. I am uploading both the pics, what was given in the website and what they have delivered and I leave it up to you guys to think twice before you go ahead and process an order with them. It was a special day for my sister. This is never gonna be back. I did a big mistake in my life and learnt a lesson in life. Never trust this website
Last but not the least, they send me an email saying my product has been delivered @ 7:17 pm. Whereas it got delivered around 7:40 pm. And the flora India team is not even bothered to apologize on the entire incident at least a courtesy email. This shows how unprofessional they are and customers are not at all important for them!
