Amitav Ghosh best Indian writer known for his work in fiction.
Completed his Ibis trilogy with the last installment of book "Flood of fire". The first two were Sea of poppies and river of smoke. The flood of fire continues on the same plot as the previous two. Don't want to reveal the story line here but a little to describe it contains some elements about sati and east India company and many more characters and places.You would love to read the book as the contents are beautifully woven as beads in a festoon. I like the series of book. And little to add to satisfy my curiousness the book had won Crossword book jury award in fiction.Well make it a piece to worth read.
