Being a regular at Floats, ofcourse, I will praise it, but, at the same I will also point out somethings which they should do to improve the standard of this ONCE UPON A TIME POPULAR NIGHTCLUB.

The food is very very good, specially their Mongolian Bar, I have had Mongolian in the Far East, we cannot compare that with the Desi Version, but, to an extent it is a very good replicate of the original. Mongolian food is basically something like a salad bar, where as they have the Raw Fish, chicken, beef, etc ... laid out in the bar, then they have the vegetables, and then the finale - SPICES and HERBS.

A person, on his appetite and taste, has to dump all the ingrediants onto the BOWL, and toss in the spices and then finally take it to the chef, where he prepares the food in front of you within 2 minutes. The taste will differ each time, as you are the one actually putting the herbs and spices. The right quantity of Non-Veg also matters, I have seen people dumping the meat, but, remember folks, the main taste comes out in a Dish is from vegetables and spices.

Another place that serves Mongolian is the WOKm another amazing place in GK II - Delhi, not for the Mongolian Bar but the Chinese, their Mongolian is not at par with Floats, but, it is just O.K.

Now, floats, I think has changed the menu, and they have started the Pasta Bar, how sad, there are so many places here you can have pasta's, but, Mongolian only 2 places.

Floats, does not play music very pleasing to the ears some time, their live band sucks sometimes, but, nevertheless, with friends and a couple of drinks all is fine and well.

Oh yes, the price of the Mongolian Buffet is only Rs. 300/- per person, a steal for great taste and quantity.
