I have purchased shoes from 2nd December.shoes was delivered on 4th august, however it was damage, however it takes 7-8 days to get the exchanged product but it was defective( Patches on the display), the same was informed to the flipkart team who called for the product review but they have not raised the complaint. However again I have called customer care on 20th august for the same, the complaint was taken at that time and received a confirmation call from Flipkart Sales Team and also email and SMS informing that the replacement product will be delivered on 28th august 2016 between 12 pm to 3 pm and also taken a installation request after 3 pm, but when I talk to the flipkart customer care they dont have any information regarding the same. Its been almost a month a now I am waiting for my correct and good product to be delivered
SO PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ON FLIPKART
