Hi friends,
Please bear with me guyz, but I am not taking this nonsence anymore.
Frankly speaking friends my first online shopping website from which I ordered for the first time was Flipkart.
It was not too good but I was not too bad also, hence I recommended this to few of my friends and few of my colleagues too. Actualy I opened their account at office on their(my colleagues) request, they were too senior than me and were not aware of or we can say they were not interested in the idea of online shopping at all, but I educated them on this and told them the benefits of this, they odered many products and they are still go for online shopping but just one thing has
changed and that Flipkart.
They had few very bad experiencess with flipkart, I feel sorry for that.
Some time ago I odered a shoe for my friend to gift him on his birthday but that never happened because it was delivered after his birthday. I counted and ordered it in very advance but as we all know few things never goes as expected,
I waited for too long and called many time to their so called Customer Servicess, this went too bad. I was very angry, but as I am an educated person I spoke to them very nicely and calmly at my best, then the same things happens of which we indian customers are known for I kept quite and they said " sir we are extremly sorry sir, I will take your complain and see that your product is delivered as soon as possible and bla. bla. bla.
I waited agaiin it crossed two days of the delivery date mentioned to me before.
I called it again and then again said all that rubbish sorry and all, but this time they offered me a Coupon of Rs 100 as compensation which was added to my account. Coupon which you cant use if you order some product by Cash on delivery you have to pay in advance,
Coupon you can't use for anything, its just an what we say a tiny piece of cheese to trap us again, I told them I am going to cancel the order now as its no use for me right now, but they said Sorry as they I mean The wonderfull employees of Flipkart actually give a dam about, what I felt on ruining my plan, but we are Indians we are very good at letting it go, so I didnt cancel and
Order came 4 days after the delivery date mentioned before.
After that I never used Flipkart again, but recently again after so long by seeing fake ads and paid media I felt it again, This time I ordered something for my Sister, but it was again my Big mistake.
it was not at all as we saw on screen and I am not shocked as some were I knew this was going to happen, but felt bad for one thing "They dont Care" and its bad.
I know the product was not too expensive it was just 799 buks, but that is also something, I mean who gives you 799 for free but Flipkart can take it for free and never ever thinks to atleast Thanks us for getting fooled again.
The packaging is so horrible as it is an product bought from road side.
Its not Good, Friends please check the genuinity of the product and you should raise your voice against this kind of happeing for your own good, otherwise this kind of things will kept on happing to us for another decade.
