Flipkart's fame is fake and customer care a rumor!. Review on Flipkart

What do tell of a e commerce site that gives u their exclusive product but that too broken?

and what about their ignorant customer care representatives whom u have to explain ur problem every time they transfer to one another? (its almost like a game where the ball is with them and I desperately try to get it)they talk very badly if u call too much!

let me tell u what happened with me, I bought a digiflip gamepad firstime, its was from was retail -delivered within two days - it works but cracked and loose on one side, I was happy at least I got the right product and it was my first online purchase so I didn't mind for replacement.

But next time I ordered Microsoft usb 100 mouse priced somewhere around 675(price keeps fluctuating) they gave me a Microsoft usb 200 mouse priced approx rs 355;and on the cash memo it was printed the one I ordered the one priced rs 675! they are so clever that they dont allow me to open the box befor purchase and they ate my rs 250(approx)!

I dont know how their return policy works, because every time I call them they say that the item was already out of stock before I bought it and that they have delivered the right item!How? The mouse box is showing usb Microsoft 200!

This is why I hesitate to buy online and support retailers no matter how much extra they charge, atleast I can see that im not cheated like this.

This is my experience with Flipkart dont know if same may happen with u but I would still not recommend to try Snapdeal also;come on everything is same and they take forever to delivery ur item but the difference is that they atleast reply to ur mail and call.I recommend others who got cheated by fraudkart go to court and fill a case.
