I had placed an order for HP Deskjet 3050 printer the details of which are given below:
Order ID : OD11016140331
Item : HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One - J610a Printer
I received the said printer and would have printed around 30 pages in 2 months time. Now the cartridge is over. When I wrote to them they have agreed that they sent me the defective item but refused to replace the cartridge.
What they send are not 100% genuine stuff as they claim.
So be careful.
