Flipkart Service Degrading big time. Order not delivered and its been more than 3 weeks. Nobody replying to mails. Nobody taking the phone calls. Their 24X7 customer service policy is a sham. I am not writing as a complain but I am writing because I have always admired your services and now it is no more the same. Time for a quality check.
The service of flipkart has turned pathetic, I have not received delivery of a book, ordered on Jan 2, 2011, till date, whenever I call the agents are giving me new stories each time. Sooner, the better.Or else you will shut your shop sooner
