I've ordered many things from several online Shopping sites, each sites have their service quality but the kind of service Flipkart has, it's just simply FAST! AND AWESOME! Like I order My Xiaomi Redmi 2 from Flipkart which showed it would take 12 working days to get it dilevered to my Doorstep, but what shocked me was that the dilevery was just in 4 Days! Which was Simply awesome service.
Its Exchange service is also preety fast!
I bought up this phone but after 10-12 days my Phone started to Get Hit and HIT to almost 45°C, which is too hot, so I loosed hope for the exchange service, but when I went through the Flipkart option it showed exchange option, then I went for it, and simply order a New one in return for this, which also didn't took those long days, they ringed me up to fix the issue, and anyhow they managed to go pass it, but again after 2-3 days I ringed them with the same problem, so they provided me with a totally new Model! Of that same company.
It has provided with almost everything that a customer needs, and now with its latest new service of Flipkart Assured from which a customer can blindly go for any of the products without getting worried about it's quality.
It also provides with enormous discounts and avails discounts in almost every products, like one of it's most successful popular Offers Big Billion Day in which Different types of Products carries different number of discounts, in which in a budget related family they are able to buy more products compared with the same price they used give in the normal days. They also have a very good and friendly helpline service at your doorstep or your phone.
Flipkart also has a fabulous collection of products, starting from a Pen to Bicycle! Like in Women's clothing they have Got good collection of variety of sarees, kurtis, lehngas, jeans, shorts, tops and many more followed by women Accessories. Also it has numerous collections when it comes to Men clothing and Accessories like Chinos, shirts, trousers, jeans, socks, watches and all other grooming stuffs.
So over all it has been a wonderful experience to shop online with flipkart the kind of service and quality of products it provides with a reasonable price is simple Awesome. So I would love to shop with flipkart whenever shopping online is my second option.
