Now a days online shopping is very easy and comfortable . I have used Flipkart a hundred of times for many products like clothing , bags , watches , footwear , sports accessories and many more things . The only problem with Flipkart is that the customer service is not satisfying . Many times when you have to exchange or return the product the Flipkart delivery people seem to be lazy . They seem to ignore your call and messages . Even after returning the defective the product , the delivery people don't appear for weeks . Flipkart should improve their after sales service and increase customer care facilities . Flipkart is not so reliable website for shopping , don't get me wrong you get some very good deals on Flipkart . But their customer service is not so good .
