I bought redmi 3s prime, which in itself is a poor product and generates so much heat that one could boil eggs with it ( experienced on the 1st day of use) . When reported the issue with flipkart, flipkart says that they will replace the product with another redmi 3s prime. Why in the world would I buy another 3s prime when I know it can blast on heavy usage? I just wanted to have a refund instead of replacement of the product as I was not at all interested in using such[inappropriate content removed]thing anymore. Flipkart confirmed that theye would not refund but reaplce. I asked them to give me an option to buy another mobile worth same price or anything other product expensive than this one, but they denied every single time. Next thing that would happen is the mobile would blast on my face to which flipkart would again say a SORRY and provide a replacement of the product. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM FLIPKART.
