I did my first shopping online on Flipkart and I must say I did not get disappointed. It was LG Optimus One. I opted for COD as I did not want to take risk for the first time and than online shopping fiesta for me. You get everything on Flipkart and for Bangalore customers most of the things from WS retail seller is available in a day delivery.
To those who don't know, WS retail is a main seller for Flipkart. Till recently owners of Flipkart were the main investors in this seller. In short period of time Flipkart has emerged as a giant company. Biggest strength of Flipkart is their customer focus and services.
They deliver original products at cheaper rates and fast. They also started Big Billion Days sales and all the other just followed Flipkart or I must say Copied Flipkart(including Amazon).
Most flagship killer smart phones are just available only on Flipkart. Moto g, g2, g3, moto g3 turbo, Nexus 6p, Asus Zenfone series, Lenovo K3 note, Lenovo a6000 plus, Lenovo vibe p1, vibe p1m and many more.
Flipkart also has their own brands like Digiflip, Flipped under which they sell their power banks, clothing accesories, tablets and watches.
Many manufacturers directly sells their product only on Flipkart. Certain electronic consumer goods are available only on Flipkart.
Their 30 days exchange policy is just superb. I had purchased Nokia 625 from Flipkart and I had an issue with handset. I just called Flipkart and explained them my problem They exchanged my product with in 2 days and replaced it with new one. Now a days they have developed some app through which if you have any issues on smartphones bought from Flipkart, than the app tells you the exact issue and if app confirms that, there is indeed an issue with smartphone than flipkart may refund your money or exchange your product. No other online seller is providing such services for 30 days. Snapdeal just provides 7 days exchange policy.
During Big Billion days one can get smartphones and other consumer electronics at high discounts. They even tie up with Banks to provide further cash back offers to customers at times up to 15%. One can also exchange their old smartphones or tv at Flipkart provided the exchange offer is available.
In terms of services I would rate 10/10 to Flipkart. Thank you Flipkart for making shopping very easy for Indian consumers.
