I am frequent online buyer from the last 18 months and purchased from most of the online firms.
On 30th July 2014, I ordered for a tripod for my son who is studying in Bangalore via flipkart(OD40731196056). and paid online from my credit card.
The confirmation mail received within 30 minutes and estimated delivery was on 5th Aug 2014.
on 2nd evening I received email from them with bill and mentioned the item deliverd today 9.15 am at Bangalore. When I reconfirmed with my son, he denied it and I asked to wait till 5th aug.
but nothing happened .
I raised my complaint to flipkart and at first they denied, but with frequent email, they agreed to get me the delivery receipt from the supplier with 72 hours time limit.
as they could not get it they sent email saying the delivery confirmation from my son was not received, delayed another 3 days.When they got his answer, they changed the matter to substitute item within 3 days.
lastly today they called from and informed that a substitute tripod is not available with the dealer hence the paid amount will be refunded, which will reflect in my account in 10 working days. ie my money with them for 30 days without any interestyesterday I saw the same advt in flipkart site with the same model with higher pricing.
