I ordered samsung microwave oven worth 12500 from flip kart 13 days ago, till now I made numerous calls to them every time they tell me the same thing that it takes 24 to 48 hours and have not delivered it so far. there is no option to talk to managers are anyone else when you call customtakeouter support, there is no option to write to anyone at higher level.
I had to raise a complaint in Akosha. Pathetic service overall!! When I wrote a review on flipkart site here is the mail I received //Dear customtakeouter,
