I am using online shopping from a long time with flipkart. I have purchased many items like mobile, dress, hard disk etc. I felt the below key features of flipkart to make it on top: -

# The delivery time is less.
# The customer care is very good.
# Product delivered with quality packaging.
# App is very user friendly to search the items.
# We can trust the flipkart for any delivery item.
# There are many other portals that simply do fraud but didn't felt cheeted by flipkart yet.
