I use to buy a lot of things from flipkart . when I mistakenly bought a lenovo tab without sim card option. They did not return it. I requested them that it is of no use for me . they asked why, I said I live in remote area, so there is no wifi connection their, and the tab unfortunately works only on wifi. friends but they completely did not understood my problem. They did not exchange tab . Although in hurry I could not read the technical detail, and bought the tab with only wifi. Later on I tried my best to convince them. They refused from exchanging the tab. since than I stopped buying any products from flipkart. My philosophy is that the company should help customers not exploite them. friends before buying any thing online just read everything about the product .If you do any Mistake, be sure that these people are not going to listen You. thankyou
