No Doubt that Flipkart sells off good things online but it applies too much delivery charges which can disappoint a buyer very much.In some case the delivery charges are equal to the product price, which irritates actually.
Otherwise product and customer care, product packging all are good but if Flipkart could waive off or lessen the delivery charges, It will make its customer more happy and satisfied.
except it it does not deliver many products in many regions of Uttar Pradesh which is a major problem, It completely irritates the customer when he is ready to pay for a product on Prepaid basis but can not get delivery in UP, If you are residing in UP you must have an address in Delhi where you can get delivery of your product from Flipkart.
Due to these two reasons I found flipkart not so good
