my order no. OD304174519711358000 dated 15.10.2015
I purchased Lenovo K3 Note VM35906 on 19.10.2015 vide Flipkart Invoice no. del_ggn_0120151000093791 . The moment I make a call from the phone it gets heated up within 10 seconds. The heating is so much that I cannot place it on my ear. Moreover, many times the persons calling me are not able to hear my voice and continue to say Hello, hello.
The mobile delivered to me is a defective mobile.
I requested Flipkart to exchange the phone on 22.10.2015. But till date it has been not done.
They keep sending me messages
"We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for Lenovo . in the order
OD304174519711358000. Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused. Feel free to reach out to us for any further clarification."
Moreover, it is so difficult to speak to their executive as mostly an answering machine plays on their call centre number 18002089898 which disconnects after giving the message wrong mobile number even if you enter correct mobile no.
So Friends Beware, The returns are not so easy as advertised. please think many times before you make an online purchase. It is more than 15 days since date of my purchase and they have not exchanged my defective phone.
