I have faced many bad experiences with flipkart. Initially, almost 4 yrs back I used to order books from flipkart. Fast delivery and quick response used to be there. Since last 2 yrs the service declined drastically. Customer care people wont respond to mails or speak properly in calls. Delivery people wont cooperate. I have had many bad experiences. I ll list one by one here
I ordered a product in cash on delivery and I have got no notification that the product is about to reach me. The delivery person came when I am not in house. He called me and when I told him that I ll be back in 10 mins he started getting frustrated and asked me to cancel the order that he cant wait or come again. He deliberately cancelled the order since its a COD. I have written a complaint to flipkart ppl but none responded. Similar situations occur very frequently in Visakhapatnam.
There wont be faster delivery options available even for locations in Bangalore! Item takes more than 2 weeks to reach you. Request mails
Returns wont be accepted even on damaged products.
Replacement claim is a fraud claim.
The customer care people cant help in any situation. All we can expect is a system generated mail and then the negative response of no help(response is always a rare thing).
For complaints or any negative feedback, even the system generated mail wont appear. Its like flipkart is backing its fraud sellers and arrogant delivery people. You will be ignored like a fool.
Customers have become fools for flipkart.
