My experience: I purchased La Opala Fluted Green Dinner set in Feb and was looking for a matching pudding bowl set. Found one in Flipkart sold by RSSN and ordered(no. OD205271030178148000) in Feb. Price Rs 549. Received the product on 3rd March. Opened the package, and OMG! I found a Chinese, inferior-quality soup bowl set(SKS Opal brand). Immediately ordered a replacement and it was accepted. After a painstaking wait, on 23rd March, I logged in Flipkart and saw "my replacement was delivered." I was shocked! When I received and how because the wrong product was still lying in my house! Contacted Flipkart. They said the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Did not happen. Again called. Same answer. No resolution. Now, the message in the product page is showing "Replacement Cancelled."


Hand-in-hand: Now my query is: Flipkart knows very well that some sellers use wrong tactics to follow service-level agreement(SLA) and would include any message when the SLA is being over.  Even after my call 3 times to the customer care, I have not got anything in writing from Flipkart. Just some dry promise over the phone which I can't even track. And now I am stuck with the wrong product which I never wanted in the first place.


Easy resolution possible: Any delivery agent from Flipkart can come and verify if the product sent and ordered are different and go for quick resolution. Instead, Flipkart is totally silent and try to put the ball in customer's court. When Flipkart vouches for customer satisfaction any many more big talks in all social media channels, this kind of behaviours shows it does not mean what it says.


My stance: I want this sorted out quickly.I don't want any replacement from this seller. Take the wrong product from my home and refund full amount. I don't have any intention to drag this any longer. Very unprofessional handling of this issue which I never expected from Flipkart from where I have bought may be a few lakhs worth of goods till date!
