FIRST AND FOREMOST THANK YOU AKOSHA FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE IN MY TOUGH TIMES:)
I ALWAYS SHOP ONLINE WITH FLIPKART.COM AND EVERY TIME MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART WAS WONDERFUL. BUT DURING MY LAST PURCHASE I HAD A TOUGH TIME WITH FLIPKART. THE PRODUCT(REFRIGERATOR) DELIVERED WAS FAULTY. I CONTACTED FLIPKART AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ISSUE. THEY IMMEDIATELY GOT READY FOR THE REPLACEMENT BUT THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF THE STOCK SO THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL REFUND MY AMOUNT AND WILL PICK UP THE FAULTY PRODUCT. BUT THEY DO NOT DID SO AND THEY STARTED DELAYING THE REFUND PROCESS, WHENEVER I CONTACTED THEM THEY ALWAYS GIVE EXCUSES. THEN I CONTACTED AKOSHA AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THE SECOND DAY AFTER CONTACTING AKOSHA MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED, FLIPKART REFUNDED ME MY AMOUNT OF 12040 RS.
NO HARD FEELINGS FOR FLIPKART, I ALWAYS HAD A GREAT TIME DEALING WITH THEM.
AND AKOSHA THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR HELPING ME. YOU'RE A GREAT FRIEND OF MINE, ALWAYS HELPING ME IN TROUBLE.
