I am New to Online Shopping. I must say I am pretty happy and impressed with online shopping. Flipkart.com is on of the reasons.
The reasons I visited Flipkart.com in the 1st place is because of the interesting commercials advertisements. Flipkart has a very user friendly app. its easy to understand and easy to use, the app has the simple features like sort, filter, notifications, and the products that you may be interested in which makes its very easy to use.
The 1st Product I ordered was a Mobile Phone, I was pretty happy with the service as the product was delivered before the date it was promised, and you get the sms and email alters of your products order status.
You get the sms details stating the delivery time and the name and number of the courier guy, which is pretty awesome. With my 1st successful shopping I was kind of addicted to the app. And ordered many products after that. Discounts and offers are great. and the exchange policy is also good. overall its a great place to buy stuffs online.
