I ordered Moto G, Order ID - OD40818222858 on 18 August 2014. I received the same within few days. Received handset has some fault like not able to detect wifi, images not transferred from my laptop, it hang my windows explorer. I did the factory reset and switched it off and at the time of switch off, battery was 74% charged. When I swtich it on after 2 days, battery got completely drain out. I requested it for return and their process is




  • They have a troubleshooting team, their job is to approve or reject the return request. For every problem, they have only one solution i.e. factory reset.




I requested for return twice and every time their well educated, highly qualified executives has same solution. Each time they took 3 days to call me back.


Finally, I managed to convince them and they approve my return request. On 30 August 2014, replacement of Moto G was shipped through ekart Logistics, consignment number WSRP2465610671 and delivery mode is FAST DELIVERY. It reached Rangapuri Sort facility on 31 August at 7:36 pm. Today is 3rd Sep 2014, 10:32 pm and it is not reached to Dwarka hub and the distance between two station is only 15 km.


I talk to Flipkart customer care executive on 2nd Sep, he told me your shipment will reached by 3rd Sep(Expected date). We are managing our consignments accordingly.


On 3rd Sep, I talk to Flipkart customer care executive again, he told me  we will resolve your complaint within 4 days i.e. by 7 Sep 2014. There is some technical issues in delivery. When I asked what was the techincal issues, he replied me like dispatching is one of techincal issue.


Its very difficult to understand the flipkart process. These type of complaint should be resolved on priority basis but Flipkart customer care excutive is adament and not able to understand the things. I found Flipkart is good for delivering diapers only.


Snapdeal has more flexible and customer friendly process. I did a lot more shopping and never found any issues with them.
