I have placed an order for Casio MJ120D on 30 July and received the product after 14 days. On receiving I found that Flipkart is not authorized by Casio to sell their calculators and there will be no warranty applicable for the same.
After this I raised a refund request and instead of flipkart got a reply from seller "Madan Pen Center" saying that if brand is not providing the warranty than I can avail the same with seller, i.e. seller warranty which shows that either the product is of grey market or a replica.
I have again raised the issue with flipkart concerning non-satisfaction with the revert and till date I am following them up either through mails or calls.Now I am planning to pull them in legal front.
