First of all I will suggest you all this website because I have bought books, cloths, a smart phone costs of 7000 for my brother from flipkart.
It is very good in terms of delivery .with in 3 days from placing an order the goods are delivered. I ordered notepad mini as accidentally I have two unots of it when came to delivery I was shocked then afterwards I have contacted the customer care for cancellation of one unit the registered my request and cancelled my one unit of notepad and I got my money back with in a span of 2days .But I like cancellation and return policy of flipkart that is a pleasant nature you can also cancel the order before delivery of goods and in some ares like rural areas adn some areas in cities also they are not providing delivery .
This site is really trusted than other online sites, I bought clothes and not liked then so I need to cancel that I have ordered for cancellation so next day they came and takn the clothes and for cancellation I got my money back they have credited my money back including delivery charges I really appreciate them for this king of service I am very happy with this Flipkart is awesome and this year I have bought many things so as I think I nearly order nearly 10-15 items in flipkart every month so some times delivery becomes late so for like that issues flipkart have introduced a new way of delivering that as flipkart first means the customers who orders more on flipkart can make use of this how? nothing is there this is very simple that one thing is that fisrt for one year subscriton u have to may an amount of five hundread and with in that one year number of products you order are delivered in one day with free of cost and I like this more I have subscribed for this and I am geting products the next day when the order has placed I was thankful to flipkart in providing a pleasant services .
