Today I am sharing my review about online shoping website that is flipkart . I recently ordered headphones from them . after the product delievered I saw that my headphones is not working properly only left earbud is working fine and the right one is damaged .
after one day I reported my order as damaged and they came here to pick my order back
yes I replaced my order after that they said that the headphones amount will be credited to my bank account soon .
nut now todays 10 days gone, I did not recieved any amount .
they really cheated me, they dont follow any consumer rights .
I thought amazon is better than flipkart .
