I am one of the first customers of Flipkart and have even taken their Flipkart First membership. Hence it surprises me to see that their Customer Service has gone down so much and they are not taking any action on their supplier who are misleading and cheating / harassing customers.
We ordered Belkin Black Car Charger F8J051QEBLK(in Black Color) of 2.1 Amp, that I had already orderd a month back and received, that time from a different supplier(Dealzone). Since that product was really good I decided to buy one for my office colleague as a gift.
However after a week, the first delivery from Melcom was a damaged product in white color and was a cheap 1 Amp car charger. I immediately requested for replacement, however what flipkart thru Melcom sent again after a week was another wrong product Belkin Car Charger F82445ea(Black Color) and not 2.1 Amp.
When I called the helpline, they said they could replace or return the money. I asked if they can ensure the next time product is correct since this was unnecessary harassment, he said they could not.
This is the service that Flipkart has to offer to a "Flipkart First" customer. Really Disappointing! They should sack this supplier, stop customer harassment and compensate us for wasting our time.
