Have used Flipkart 3 times so far. Everytime their turnaround has been spectacular. In Bangalore I have received books a day after ordering online. With a discount of 25% and no effort whatsoever except typing in the credit card details, this is taking shopping online to a new high. Range of books available is decent so no complaints on that count.
Flipkart must watch out to not dilute its service levels by stretching its product range beyond its core areas. Ambition is good, over-ambition is not.
