Guys I have ordered a remote controlled car with order ID - OD001608834588201600 and the product that I have received is completely different as shown on the website.
Even after getting many complains about the seller on the feedback page, they are not interested in taking any action against the seller and keep on cheating the customers. I am a regular online shopping customer, purchasing from different online sites.
But after now, I don`t think I will prefer flipkart and refer anyone in future to purchase from flipkart, even the deal will be a mind blowing deal.
They have 10 days replacement policy but why should I suffer for the mistake done by seller and wait for the product to be delivered in next 20 days.
Try avoiding flipkart and go with other websites as the delivery time is also becoming worst.
Don't buy from sellers with bad rating, you may get the cheaper price but not at all guaranteed that what you are going to get and the customer care will just take the seller side.
