Hi everyone, am using this online website from last year only. My friend suggested me to shop in this website.
I thought to try this online shopping just once but at my first product delivery I was really surprised to the quality of the product.
The customer service of the flipkart is too good. The product delivery date has been also given once our order is conformed . The delivery person also informed early and speaks kindly. If we are not available at the time of delivery they are adjusted to our time and deliver the product when we are available. I really liked their customer service.
And the second thing I surprised is the product quality because I liked to shop more in clothes and shoes. If I go for a shop they have some type of quality according to their shop. sometimes we go for low budget and sometimes high budget. so online shopping is the best choice in that flipkart having huge amount collections.
The quality of the product also seems to be good.
Flipkart maintain their correct delivery time as they mentioned in their website once our order is conformed.
They have a facility of android app and website too. In that app we have all facilities like app notification, cart, weekend offer, year end sale etc,.
I really enjoyed while shopping in that site.
