I have bought various products from the this sites.
I never use to satisfied with the delivery guys. The place where I live roads are fine two tempos can come easily but still guys use to ask me come out and take your package and all the time it happened.
And I used to walk almost 15 min from my place and has to reach to guy who has the package of flipkart.
The courier guys are irresponsible not all I guess this is my personal opinion.
I use to give them a reason to come at my doorstep everytime they come in with my package. What I usually would say to them that, I am working into night shift guys which I do actually, please come and give me my package it would not be possible for me to come down there for your convenience. Still there were rarely guys who would come and give me the package.
Flipkart should work on this and should emphasis on delivery part. The reason could be it is taken care by third party or sellers who delivery it.
