I had a very bad experience with flipkart. I am a online shopoholic but flipkart is a website
Where I will never make another stupid mistake to shop. Their delivery time was good but then was the problem. I had ordered a Moto E and got it delivered in less than 24hrs. It was a gift for my mother on her birthday. It was gift wrapped. When I gifted it to her she liked it but
the phone had major issues. Even before inserting the sim just on switching it on for 15 min it got heated. Also it got hanged. Camera had major issues. So immediately I called the customer care and asked for return. They agreed. He said it can be done. They will give me a credit note and I can purchase something else from them for same price. I was happy. They said they will call
me in 24hrs to confirm. I waited but didn't get a call. So I called them back. To my surprise
they said the return request was not taken at all. getting a little irritated I repeated the problem and asked for the return. But they denied my request. They said we can't do it. Its not in our policy. The concerned department will call and try to repair it but not take it. I got
too frustrated but the executive was very arrogant and said this is our policy, we will repair
your product but even after repairing it has problem then we will replace with another moto E
but no credit.
The most worst service.
I will never ever ever shop here.
