I need to find where I can write reviewon a flipkart product I just purchased recently.
I had purchased an hitach airconditon from flipkart and it was delivered on time on on 17th of April. installation was promised to me by 19th of April.
I was amazed that there was no communication tome about installation until afternoon of 19th April. so I called flipkart and checked with them whats up with the installation process.
they are telling me installation now woukd be done on 22 April.
so when the product was delivered to me tbey promised installation on 19 th april and when I called on 19th April tbey quickly dropped me an email sayin it will be done on 22nd april. that sooo pathetic n cheatful service. I have ordered them if I dnt get installation by 19th of april.i need to cancel this product.
to my surprise I just called them today just to check if amyome is coming to install the product which has been delivered 3 days earlier and still reps on the phone are sayin we will arrrange an installation ASAP.
may be in flipkart training they teach ASAP is nothin but delay of 4-5 days.
if they cant fulfill what they state at the time of purhase that I false commitmemt to the custimer and top of that they have audacity to reschedule the installation to a forelog date as they wasnt able to fulfil the promise the installation on the date mentioned during purchase.
