Being a Flipkart Regular customer, I am very much satisfied with service, product quality, delivery time etc. I have ordered branded clothes, branded shoes couple of times from flipkart and I am very much satisfied with product quality.
The best thing is you get a huge discount over MRP. There are lot of other online shopping centre but I trust Flipkart!
Customer care service is good . Till date I have not faced any problem with respect to product quality and delivery time.
Last year I ordered mobile phone from Flipkart and found there is scratch over screen & at random I informed to customer care and returned the product within 1 week time I got a new one . Guyzz but few of my friends have faced delay in delivery time and quality.
Altogether thumbs up for Flipkart!
