I have been selling on flipkart for 5 months now.i am finding extremely difficulty to save my capital as the ekart(flipkart logistic partner) is fleecing its vendors by charging 2-3 times higher then actual weight.thereby leaving the balance money to be received after paying commission to nil or in negative.whenever you talk to their executives at their seller support call centre they agree with the problem and cite weight machine error of their logistic partner and close the request with negligible refund.leaving the seller frustrated after following up for so long.
the company needs to work on their logistic arm and correct the mistakes and glitches else sellers will soon move to better platforms like amazon.who hv a seemless vendor support and fairness in charges
