You can find lots of product in flipkart but many of them sell by a different seller. Flipkart has no idea about the sellers activity. Of course they have policy, but sellers coose ther own way. I booked a LED TV last month but after 14 days they dont tell about the reason behind delay of procrssing of my order. Whenever I cantact with customer care they answer me like robot, the same old version. They dont try to resolve my problem. After waiting 14 day I claim refund as because I pay earlier. Again it take 4 days to transfer my money to my account.
