Flipkart is not what it was use to be. Review on Flipkart

I know there was a time when I started online shopping Flipkart was the website from where I started online shopping I ordered a lot of stuff from here from shoes to sari usb speakers head phones sd cards and the list goes on I know at that time I will suggest this website to all my friends and family because there shipment was fast the quality of product was good and they deliver the product on time and there return policy was also good talking about the return policy one day I ordered a note counting machine for my dad the product was delivered on time but when I started using the product that was first time I felt that I did not got what I paid for because the note counting machine was not good when ever we start counting the notes in machines it spills the note notes here and there and some notes gets stuck in the machine so I generated a request for a new machine after a week they mailed me the seller does not have another of those machines and they are gonna generate a refund for me in my bank account so I provided them my bank details and then after two weeks the generated the refund in my account I know my father was so pissed out from this website and that was the day I stop ordering stuff on Flipkart I will still suggest this website to others because they did return my money and the customer care executives were also helpful
