"Flop Kart". Review on Flipkart

Flip Kart is a Flop Kart for me. I am an E-Shopper, and have shopped a lot through Amazon. Only once did I switch over to Flip Kart for purchasing a portable charger of Sony, as it showed greater discount when compared to Amazon. I would like to share my disastrous experience as follows: -

1. Untimely delivery: - The delivery was scheduled for 4 days from the date of booking. But I got the charger after waiting for 16 days, and that too upon intense followup.

   
   




2. No Replacement made: - I had ordered for a red colour charger, but I got a silver one instead. I checked the same at the time of delivery and complained regarding the same. I was told that the colour was currently out of stock, and that they would get me the red one if I want to within 15 days time. Since I had done advance payment, I was told to keep the silver one with me in sealed condition and they would notify me within 2 weeks time, and replace it with the red one if I haven't yet used it. I waited for 3 weeks only to keep on hearing that the colour is still out of stock. Being tired of following up, I then started using the silver one.

   
   




3. The product didnot last much: - Even after going through all this, I didnot care till the time the charger was working. But suddenly after using it for two and a half months, the charger stopped working. I wrote an e-mail to the customer service, and got a phone call in return from them saying Sorry for the inconvenience and was assured over call that they will get the product replaced at their cost asap. But even after waiting for another 2 weeks, nothing seemed to happen and I simply lost interest in the case as I had more important stuff to do. Finally I ended up purchasing my desired charger from Amazon, and it has already been 4 months and the product is working absolutely fine.

   
   

I would suggest you all to beware of this, as Flipkart is a master of discounts but reliability and service is highly missing.
