My shopping experience with flipkart is getting worst day by day. Their courier service is one of the most horrible service in the world. Rarely they deliver shipment but many times I have to follow up a lot to get the shipment which is most painful experience.
Recently I ordered a Redmi mobile from flipkart under the big billion day offer. Probably I was the fist who placed the order exact at 12 AM midnight on 21 Sept 2017. The payment was approved and I was waiting for mobile to be shipped. The expected delivery date was shown at 22 Sept 2017. The mobile was not shipped on 23 Sept as well and I got the message that delivery delayed. I sent couple of email to flipkart in order to know the status but till the date( 27 Sept) I did not get any reply from flipkart. I tried to call customer care and the number was busy all the time. Fortunately my call got connected and I requested to call back. The customer care execute told me that the shipment got delayed because of personal issue. What is this? The personal issue? and why it is with me only? He could not answer my questions so it shows the quality of flipkart's customer care executives. This is not my first experience, I have many experiences like this with flipkart and I must say that flipkart is loosing its market value by giving such bad experiences to customers. They do not have even proper escalation matrix and every complaints is taken very litely. No seriousness at all. No improvement in the service at all. In this case I found amazon is much better than flipkart. After many consecutive bad experiences from flipkart, I have decided to stop using flipkart and delete my flipkart account forever because I found it better than making my BP high after every purchase on flipkart. If possible, stay away from flipkart and live life happily with other online service providers.
