Flipkart wants me to stop shopping from their website & switch on to shopping from other E-commerce websites. Surprising! The reason is Flipkart is unable to refund me some amount and I'm following with them every other day since the past 1 month. Each time I get a response to check with my credit card bank. When I check with the bank I get a response saying they have not received any refund from Flipkart so I should get in touch with them. Either Flipkart does not want to refund my hard earned money or they are unable to do so technically. I have already received my credit card statement but no refund amount is reflecting in it. I have also sent my statement to Flipkart customer service team but have not received any response from them. I have also tweeted on their twitter account but the issue still remains. Now from being a die hard Flipkart fan they want me to go to other e-commerce websites for shopping.
Briefly the story: I had purchased an item order no OD40814046624, August 20014. An flipkat agent helped me with the order details and as per their offer if I convert to EMI the interest part will be refunded back into my credit card account. After the item arrived within a few days the amount was refunded back into my Flipkart Wallet. when I called Flipkart, and told them that your agent told me that the refund will be to the credit card they promptly withdrew the amount from the wallet and said they have refunded to my credit card.
So now it has been more than a month but I still have not received any refund
Can someone help me here in getting my refund back.
