M Basudeb Chakraborty a customer of Flipkart since or before 2012 as Flipkart is best in service as well as for customer satisfaction. Now a days Flipkart team is sendind products to cutomers without checking the items. Recently I've purchased a new phone LETV LE 1S from Flipkart & I've also ordered one tempered glass'Pluto CPL 655 Premium Curve Tempered Glass for LeTV Le 1s' worth Rs.179/- when I received the product I was shocked the quality of the product was so cheap that we can easily purchase from our local market price within Rs.50-80.
This type of product as well as service is totally unacceptable.My order id: Order ID - OD405147060369400000 I've also attached a photo of the product that I've received. Not only that the product was so cheap that when I'm going to remove the Tempered glass from the screen I feel that it's going to damage my original phone screen. If Idon't get proper judgement from FLIPKART TEAM and wrote send a copy toFlipkart CEO he simply ignored my complaint. I will surely forward this mail along with reference to Consumer Forum.
I will stop buying from this site completely if this incidence happens again. I'm not satisfied by the reply of customer care executives and behaviour of Flipkart CEO. I've also attached the documents as a proof. Now people should decide what Flipkart is doing now a days.
