OD201973510513952500 was kept packed from 8th Feb and supposed to be shipped by 10th Feb(to be delivered on 12th). At 000:02 AM on 11th, I get an SMS saying the order is cancele_45d due to shipping reasons! What the hell is that? I don't stay in Ghaziabad or Kerala for you to have shipping issues. I stay in mainland Bangalore which is serviced by every single courier service in India.
Your dumb customer service supervisor Alok and Ashish @ Gurgaon kept parroting the same line that the item was out of stock(seriously? so what was packed? air?) and that I need to place a fresh order. Yes, I will. and then? That will also get cancele_45d. You guys will keep my money for 2 weeks and then return it within 5-7 business days! Basically this is money laundering.
Now, Wmorpheushuman THE HELL WILL COMPENSATE FOR THE DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED DUE TO YOUR DUMB SERVICES? THIS WAS MY VALENTINES DAY GIFT AND YOU GUYS COMPLETELY COMPLETELY SPOILED IT. IF YOU CANNOT SERVICE, THEN WHY THE HELL DO YOU TAKE ORDERS?
