Bought a Lenovo k900 phone from Flipkart on 30th Jan 2014 and got the delivery on 5th of FEB. Phone started giving problem after 2 days.
The problem which I started facing was related to battery life. The battery only last longs for 5 hours. Made a complain on 12th of FEB but these guys said that they can't help because its more than 10 days and they only provide 10 days replacement.
Customer care executive advised me to take that handset to service center. When I visited service center I got a big shock from them. They told me that the bill which I have is a fake bill, they can only help me if I can provide a original bill.
These guys took 24000 rs from me and gave a defected hand set with a fake bill. Now I am in deep trouble because every one had advised me not to go with flipkart.com.
