Well! What do I say? Flipkart site, customer service and their policies are way behind their competitors in this segment.
Once upon a time I was a regular visitor and shopper on their site. The status quo is completely different. These guys become argumentative and rude over the return of product which the consumer has no use for.
Wrong display of the product and then not initiating the return, harping on their age old return policies are all their trade marks now.
Sad! Very Sad!
