I'm using flipkart from around 4 years now and am happy with every aspect. Good pricing, updated product information, Real user testimonials for us to decide on the products. On top of it they frequently run discount days where one can get next deals at even lesser prices.
I've even experienced their customer support and is awesome as I had an issue with some products and had return and replacement with no pain. Got a 3 door Refrigerator from here which had manufacturing defect, one call to the customer support was enough to get a return request opened and a new product delivered in 3 days.
