I regularly doing online purchase have purchased from many site like ebay, amazon, paytm, shoclue, matnra.flipkart but
I found that among this all flipkart is the best in delivery and customer support
I purchased a product and got wrong product only flipkart was the site which solve my queries fast and help customer.other site do but they take long time every time new excutives start with new.
in flipkart its just so easiy they understand customer very well
