I am a reguler customer of flipkart .i bought many smart phones and other things also. But the customer care service for mobile no need of bill u can only tell that mobile or any electric product are bought from flipkart. Service is take place.
Other thing is about ther return policy . it is very easy and comfortable for all the buyers.
