Flipkart sells totaly fake duplicate product. Review on Flipkart

Received a totally fake duplicate Chinese JBL portable speaker on my very first order from flipkart. There was a hand written note inside the broken fake packaging saying " plz charge ", and the charger itself was missing from the box. No model number or id or even logo printed on the device. Instead fake cheap misplaced stickers were put on the body of the speaker. Flipkart themselves agreed to all this and acknowledged this indeed is a fake item when I spoke to them, the order confirmation and product page on their website clearly states that there is a 10 day replacement for this product and when I asked them to replace this junk and give me the original product, they told me it's not available any more and that they will refund my amount to my bank account after 1 week. This is absolutely ridiculous as these people are trying to fool customers and are engaged in total fraud. I seriously would never recommend buying anything from this company as after all this they cannot be trusted at all.
