I like Flipkart mainly becoz of their wonderful packaging and the seriousness they take to deliver each product in a order. UNLIKE other online websites who put all the products of 1 order and deliver it at their own sweet time and convenience.
My friend whom I had recommended Flipkart received a faulty mobile handset. On complaining to their CC they simply replaced it with no questions asked.
