I have order many things from flipkart. Such as mobiles , ipod , laptop , etc. And many of them I have returned and I have got the money back so flipkart give easy returns and replacement if required. But some product were damaged so only ws seller mostly supply genune product. so I recommend to buy only from ws seller.
But as of flipkart is better than other online markerting.And they give many offers.
